- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Undeliverable Packages
- If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, non-availability of the recipient, or other reasons, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

- Provide pictures of the damaged item(s) for verification, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
